There’s no doubt that spring is often the time where we want to get our health back on track, clean up our homes and get ourselves feeling open and excited for summer so this event couldn’t have come at a better time!
Hosted by Sabey Wellness and led by Karen from @thehappy_co, this is a female only event designed to help guests create space to discover ways to find time for stillness and embrace the power of silence.
Karen will guide guests in techniques, exploring the role that clearing clutter plays in easing your anxiety and using journaling techniques to help free thoughts, boost feelings of gratitude, unlock creativity and deepen your connection to yourself.
There will also wholesome snacks and drinks to try and then you will then end your day with a session of Yin Yoga & Meditation.
