Brooke Turner founder of Balance Fitness and Nutrition is a nutritionist, exercise scientist and personal trainer with over ten years experience in the health and fitness industry. She is a contributor to some of Australia’s top health and fitness magazines, a keynote speaker, presenter, blogger, entrepreneur and Mother of two. Brooke is a believer in striving for a balanced approach to health and fitness to nourish both the body and mind. Personally, she is an ocean go-er, sun seeker, fitness lover and passionate about living outdoors and the positive effects that movement, fresh air and nature all have on our physical and mental wellbeing. 

 

Brooke is the founder of two successful programs; her online and face to face Six Week STRIVE Program; a complete lifestyle guide helping women achieve their health and fitness goals in a way that are effective, enjoyable and sustainable to ensure the long term success. The second; her three part Happy, Healthy Pregnancy Guides is designed to empower the new and expecting Mama to keep active and healthy throughout pregnancy, brith and beyond.

Along with delivering workshops and training to the mining, government and small business sector, Brooke has collaborated with a number of health, fitness and lifestyle brands and is available for collaboration and influencer engagements.

Brooke’s mission is to inspire women across the globe to recognise that healthy, active living need not be a hindrance but a habit and that no matter where you live whether urban, regional or remotely, you can achieve great things!
