For those who are geared towards boosting their performance and mindset when it comes to training, it’s likely that the ’98 Gym’ would be on your radar.

Founder, Chris Feather is a well-known name in the industry who has made his mark when it comes to mental toughness and pushing his body further than most would think it could go. He implements ‘Gym Jones’ training principals into his own workouts and his FYF sessions (F* You Friday) has been well documented on social media, with trainers and athletes all over Sydney wanting to participate.

The good news for those who are up for the challenge is that 98 Gym have just launched their structured group classes which will be taken by Chris and his stellar team ‘Team 98’

The group classes will feature comprehensive goal based strength and conditioning programming that’s progressive and designed to ensure that clients continuously improve. 

 The class schedule will be made up of GPP (General physical preparedness focusing on weak areas, mobility, technique, increasing performance), ESD (energy system development comprising of interview work), STR (strength, power, strength endurance) and FYF (team challenge to test your performance and mindset)
